As a Business Analyst your main responsibilities will be:
Understanding & analysing user & business needs – ensuring outcomes are aligned with service vision & business strategy.
Facilitating collaboration & leading effective communication with all stakeholders to support design, build & delivery.
Employing a range of tools & techniques to gather business and user requirements against the clear objectives articulated for the project.
Evaluating requirements against the present state & the target state - identifying opportunities to develop successful business requirements.
Assisting Business Improvement teams with identification of BAU enhancements & their solutions.
Engaging with policy & strategy to ensure business systems, workflows & processes contribute to the target operating model.
You’ll have relevant experience in:
Demonstrable Business Analyst experience focusing on requirement’s gathering / as-is processes.
Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills – ability to successfully facilitate workshops.
Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple written & presentational form –to senior level.
MS Office / Trello / Visio experience.
Active, valid SC Clearance is required for this role
