Business Analyst

Job Description

As a Business Analyst your main responsibilities will be:

  • Understanding & analysing user & business needs – ensuring outcomes are aligned with service vision & business strategy.

  • Facilitating collaboration & leading effective communication with all stakeholders to support design, build & delivery.

  • Employing a range of tools & techniques to gather business and user requirements against the clear objectives articulated for the project.

  • Evaluating requirements against the present state & the target state - identifying opportunities to develop successful business requirements.

  • Assisting Business Improvement teams with identification of BAU enhancements & their solutions.

  • Engaging with policy & strategy to ensure business systems, workflows & processes contribute to the target operating model.


You’ll have relevant experience in:

  • Demonstrable Business Analyst experience focusing on requirement’s gathering / as-is processes.

  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills – ability to successfully facilitate workshops.

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple written & presentational form –to senior level.

  • MS Office / Trello / Visio experience.

  • Active, valid SC Clearance is required for this role
