Digital Performance Analyst required with extensive experience working in a quantitative analysis domain, applying numerate skills and using analysis tools to work with data and derive insight.
You have knowledge of the Public Sector, excellent stakeholder management skills as well as expertise in Digital Reporting including Google Analytics and Tableau.
You'll need:
Ability to make use of different sources of information and conduct analysis of large data sets. Use analytical skills and business intelligence software and tools to derive robust results and recommendations from data to support decision making across varied audiences
Ability to turn unrelated sources of data into coherent, visually immersive and interactive customer insights
Ability to utilise coding and programming skills for data and analytics that will help SLC gain richer customer insights
Ability to understand what problem your project team or business SME is trying to solve, and align data analysis activities to inform decision-making and action
Ability to collaborate with user researchers and project teams to give statistical significance to outputs from interviews, observations, and user testing
Experience working with a diverse team of people from different backgrounds with differing skill sets
Experience with business intelligence software such as Power BI and Tableau
Experience in compiling data analysis reports using tools such as Google Analytics, SPSS SAS or similar
Experience of Government Digital Service Standards and Service Manual desirable
Experience of regulatory and legislative issues around user experience, including accessibility, GDPR desirable
Experience of applying techniques such as Agile and Design Thinking desirable
