Central Government department requires an experienced Digital Product Manager for manipulating data, analysis reporting, change tracking and stakeholder management.
Your experience:
Technical knowledge and experience of government and commercial telecommunications networks, products, systems and services, and their lifecycle evolution from analogue to modern IP/Ethernet.
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team and form effective partnerships, with multiple external and internal stakeholders, including Managed Service Providers, site managers, end system owners etc, to manage change on telecommunications products, services and circuits.
Ability to extract and manipulate data in MS Office applications and dedicated applications and present this data to show current baselines, change over time and to present the information in a format to help inform stakeholder decision making.
Desirable:
Experience of identifying risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and opportunities within a telecommunications product or service.
Experience of working with multiple external and internal stakeholders, including Managed Service Providers
Manage change on telecommunications products, services and circuits.
Experience of understanding the financial aspects of in-service products, circuits and services and forecasting how these may change through life
