Digital Product Manager

Job Description

Central Government department requires an experienced Digital Product Manager for manipulating data, analysis reporting, change tracking and stakeholder management. 

Your experience: 

  • Technical knowledge and experience of government and commercial telecommunications networks, products, systems and services, and their lifecycle evolution from analogue to modern IP/Ethernet.

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team and form effective partnerships, with multiple external and internal stakeholders, including Managed Service Providers, site managers, end system owners etc, to manage change on telecommunications products, services and circuits.

  • Ability to extract and manipulate data in MS Office applications and dedicated applications and present this data to show current baselines, change over time and to present the information in a format to help inform stakeholder decision making.


Desirable:

  • Experience of identifying risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and opportunities within a telecommunications product or service.

  • Experience of working with multiple external and internal stakeholders, including Managed Service Providers

  • Manage change on telecommunications products, services and circuits.

  • Experience of understanding the financial aspects of in-service products, circuits and services and forecasting how these may change through life
