Essential:
- AMP PMQ or equivalent qualification, with demonstrable experience of leading information projects in the government sector.
- Good communications skills - written and oral, with experience of their application in a project and programme management environment.
- Experience of analysing the requirements for information projects.
- Experience of developing high level architectures that identify information needs and that provide guidance to the implementation of digital solutions.
