Governance & Metrics Officer is a new and exciting role, which will play a key part in outcome metrics development, process assurance, benefit tracking and business workflow analysis.

  • Experience with measuring outcomes and realising benefits

  • Ability to think critically and develop metrics

  • Ability to compile and present findings to high level and varied level of stakeholders

  • Strong stakeholder skills at all levels

  • Analytical qualifications would be beneficial. Degree level or equivalent experience
