We are looking for an experienced consultant that knows how to create technical strategies and roadmaps for a large UK Central Government department. You'll be creating a new version of the technical strategy and work across the programme to facilitate the creation of roadmaps that takes into account relevant technology developments, programme plans and products.

Background: 

• Extensive experience of creating roadmaps for a number of clients

• International communications standard experience

• Telecoms / public safety knowledge

• Security Clearance preferred
