Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements in alignment with transformation objectives.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance service delivery.
- Work closely with User Researchers, Service Designers, and Product Teams to ensure that requirements are user-focused and feasible.
- Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and other documentation to support project deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate requirements and gather feedback.
- Assist in the development of test plans and support testing activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a central government setting.
- Strong understanding of GDS Service Standards and user-centered design principles.
- Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams within large transformation programmes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create process maps and user stories.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
