Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, delivery managers, developers, and service designers to define requirements and user needs
- Work across multiple concurrent services, switching context efficiently and managing priorities
- Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement, story writing, and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure requirements and solutions align with GDS standards and support effective agile delivery
- Analyse business processes and user journeys to support continuous service improvement
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Digital Business Analyst in Agile teams
- Strong experience working in GDS-compliant environments
- Ability to operate across multiple workstreams and services
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in central government or public sector digital teams
- Comfortable with fast-paced delivery, changing priorities, and iterative improvement
Desirable:
- Experience supporting live digital services
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence or similar tools
- Familiarity with user-centred design principles
