Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on Splunk administration, optimisation, and migration projects within the platform.
- Monitor, maintain, and enhance Splunk clusters, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Build, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Support AWS infrastructure, including EKS, Lambda, EC2, and Dockerised workloads.
- Deploy, configure, and monitor dashboards with Grafana.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust monitoring, observability, and security practices.
- Contribute to automation and efficiency improvements across the platform.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong Splunk expertise – ideally Splunk Core Certified Power User.
- Proven experience in Splunk cluster management, migration, and monitoring.
- Solid hands-on experience with AWS services (EKS, Lambda, EC2, Docker).
- CI/CD expertise, particularly with Jenkins pipelines.
- Proficiency in monitoring/observability tools such as Grafana.
- Strong scripting/automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar).
- Knowledge of DevOps best practices around cloud security, resilience, and scaling.
- Active SC Clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
- Prior experience working on large-scale data platforms.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform/CloudFormation).
