Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full product lifecycle for business intelligence and search tools, including Superset and OpenSearch.
- Lead the design and delivery of platforms that surface large-scale customer interaction data (1.8 petabytes).
- Collaborate with architects and developers to implement scalable solutions, including Starburst integration and in-house authentication systems with RBAC.
- Conduct user research and engage with over 100 stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Drive proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate and select tools that address user pain points.
- Apply lean product development and agile methodologies to ensure continuous improvement and value delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in product management within data and analytics environments.
- Proficiency in agile delivery, user story creation, and user-centred design.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Superset, OpenSearch, Starburst, Splunk, Jira, Confluence, and Terraform.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
