Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions within a complex, multi-vendor environment.
- Define and implement integration patterns between ServiceNow and SAP, ensuring seamless data and process flows.
- Architect case management solutions in ServiceNow, aligned with standards and operational needs.
- Design and advise on eBonding strategies between multiple ServiceNow instances to enable automated ticket and case exchange.
- Work collaboratively with other architects, engineers, and product teams to ensure technical alignment.
- Produce high quality architecture artefacts (HLDs, integration blueprints, and roadmaps).
- Advise on best practices for ServiceNow configuration, security, and performance in a government setting.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect in large-scale enterprise or government environments.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including integrations and custom module design.
- Strong understanding of API design, data flows, and integration middleware.
- Familiarity with GDS principles is highly desirable.
Hands on experience with:
- ServiceNow to SAP integration
- Case management frameworks in ServiceNow
- eBonding between ServiceNow instances
