Key Responsibilities:
- Document complex customer journeys and technical processes in a clear and structured way.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders across business, technical, and delivery teams.
- Produce high-quality discovery artefacts, including: As-is analysis, Feasibility assessments, Backlog items and user stories
- Support the definition of business requirements and ensure they are aligned with delivery goals.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding of objectives.
- Contribute to shaping digital solutions that align with strategic transformation goals.
