Key Responsibilities:
- Discovery: Represent the delivery group and discovery workshops, ensuring all appropriate questions are answered and captured ahead of requirements gathering
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with Delivery groups and architects to ensure all requirements are defined. Ensure the team has all the necessary information to support the build and test phases.
- Generate Technical Specifications: Supported by the architect, produce technical specifications based on the External Physical Interface Definition Document for use by the build teams.
- User Story Production: Create and manage user stories to facilitate clear communication of requirements and expectations.
- Scrum Team Support: Provide ongoing support to the scrum team during development, ensuring that acceptance criteria are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Impact Analysis: Assess the impact of changes and new requirements on existing systems and processes, collating the impact response alongside the Delivery Manager.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
- An understanding of API’s.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Tools: Must have experience of JIRA and Confluence
