Key Responsibilities:
Discovery & Requirements Gathering:
- Represent delivery group in discovery workshops.
- Capture and clarify requirements ahead of build and test phases.
- Collaborate with delivery teams, architects, and tech leads.
Technical Documentation & Specifications:
- Produce technical specifications based on External Physical Interface Definition Documents.
- Ensure alignment with Open API, REST standards, and endpoint design.
Agile Delivery Support:
- Create and manage user stories in JIRA and Confluence.
- Support scrum and Kanban teams during development.
- Validate acceptance criteria and address issues promptly.
Impact Analysis:
- Assess changes and their impact on systems and processes.
- Provide impact responses alongside the Delivery Manager.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Speak to clients and liaise with architects and technical leads.
- Ensure smooth communication across teams.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT environments.
- Strong understanding of API design, RESTful standards, and endpoints.
- Familiarity with build lifecycle and SFIA Level 4/5 competencies.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
