Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
- Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications
- Define ServiceNow process workflows and improvements
- Support delivery teams with clarifications and acceptance criteria
- Conduct impact analysis and process mapping (As-Is / To-Be)
- Ensure alignment with API and integration requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Proven BA experience in ServiceNow or ITSM environments
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
