The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience in agile delivery within government or large-scale environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of agile projects, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach teams on best practices to maximise delivery efficiency.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure priorities are clear and delivery meets compliance and fraud reduction goals.
- Support initiatives aimed at reducing fraud and ensuring agents and resources are deployed effectively for high-yield cases.
- Provide clear reporting on progress, blockers, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Champion continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration and transparency.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Active SC clearance
- Proven track record as an Agile Delivery Manager in complex, multi-team environments.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and delivery governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage delivery in compliance-driven, high-security environments.
Desirable:
- Previous experience working with government departments.
- Familiarity with fraud prevention strategies and compliance frameworks.
