You’ll drive delivery across agile teams, keeping work on track, removing blockers, and ensuring real value is delivered at pace using agile methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead agile delivery, ensuring smooth, timely outcomes.
- Run core agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery momentum across multiple workstreams.
- Track progress, backlogs, and sprint delivery using Atlassian Jira.
- Maintain clear documentation and delivery visibility through Atlassian Confluence.
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
- Remove delivery blockers fast and keep teams focused on priorities.
- Champion continuous improvement and agile best practice across the delivery function.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Active SC Clearance (must be valid at application).
- Strong experience as an Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master in complex environments.
- Proven delivery expertise using agile methodology.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira and Atlassian Confluence.
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills.
- Skilled in managing delivery challenges, risks, and team performance.
- Experience working within government, or large-scale regulated programmes is a plus.
