You’ll be responsible for driving delivery at pace, supporting agile teams, and ensuring outcomes are aligned with business priorities through strong leadership and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery using agile methodology.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide hands-on scrum mastering to enable high-performing, self-organising teams.
- Support and strengthen product ownership, ensuring clear priorities and value-driven delivery.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and engagement.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges across multiple workstreams.
- Remove blockers quickly and keep teams focused on delivering outcomes.
- Champion continuous improvement and agile best practice across the programme.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Active SC Clearance.
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master in complex delivery environments.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of agile methodology.
- Demonstrable experience in product ownership support and backlog-driven delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Confident facilitator, communicator, and problem-solver in fast-paced programmes.
- Experience working within government, or regulated environments is desirable.
