Key Responsibilities:
- Define end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow platform implementation
- Produce and maintain architecture artefacts, roadmaps, and standards
- Design integration patterns across enterprise systems (APIs, middleware, cloud platforms)
- Provide architecture governance and assurance (design reviews, ARB alignment)
- Work with delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reusable solutions
- Align ServiceNow capabilities to business and operational processes
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as Enterprise / Solution Architect within ServiceNow ecosystem
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, SPM or similar)
- Experience designing API-first and event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with integration platforms and enterprise tooling (e.g. Jira, cloud services)
- Strong understanding of architecture governance frameworks
- Experience working in complex digital transformation programmes
