Key Responsibilities:
- Build and configure ServiceNow front-end components and UI experiences
- Develop API-driven integrations with enterprise tools (e.g. Jira)
- Work with architects and BAs to translate requirements into working UI solutions
- Apply front-end best practices (performance, accessibility, responsive design)
- Support end-to-end development lifecycle in agile teams
Skills & Experience:
- Strong front-end development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development/configuration
- Experience building integrated platform solutions across enterprise tools
- Knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
