As a Product Owner, you will:
- Own and optimise support processes for products and services, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, translating technical concepts into clear business value.
- Prioritise and resolve support tickets and change requests, working closely with product teams and end-users.
- Design and maintain support materials (e.g., guides, videos) to improve user experience.
- Monitor service performance, using data to track KPIs and produce accurate reports.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and manage access control for applications.
- Lead incident communications and maintain transparency with customers during service issues.
- Collaborate with agile teams, contributing to continuous improvement and product evolution.
Essential Skills:
- Strong experience in product management within digital or data-driven environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of process design and optimisation in a live service or support context.
- Experience working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with SQL and/or Splunk SPL (to understand data queries and dashboards).
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in live service support or platform operations.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, and version control tools like GitHub.
- Experience managing remote teams and line management responsibilities.
- Understanding of incident management and service reporting.
