You will work closely with ServiceNow architects, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and translated into effective, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements related to ServiceNow initiatives
- Work collaboratively within agile, multidisciplinary teams
- Translate user, operational, and business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support solution design through process modelling, requirements traceability, and options analysis
- Engage stakeholders across business, digital, and technical domains
- Contribute to backlog refinement, prioritisation, and delivery planning
- Ensure alignment with standards, ways of working, and GDS principles where applicable
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with ServiceNow platforms
- Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies
- Experience working closely with technical teams, including ServiceNow developers and architects
- Ability to analyse and document complex processes and system interactions
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience working within UK central government or other regulated environments
- Experience supporting architecture, strategy, or transformation programme
