Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Talend
- Develop and enhance Talend jobs, workflows, and integrations
- Work collaboratively within Agile delivery teams (Scrum/Kanban)
- Ensure data quality, performance, resilience, and security standards are met
- Support production environments and resolve data-related issues
- Contribute to technical design, documentation, and continuous improvement
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience as a Data Engineer using Talend
- Solid understanding of data integration and data engineering best practices
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable Experience:
- Central Government experience preferred
- Experience working in secure or highly regulated environments
