Responsibilities:
As a DevOps Engineering Contractor, you will be responsible for providing essential support services in alignment with Level 2 requirements. Utilizing IT kits, you will carry out tasks according to established playbooks, ensuring the needs of the customer are met. Update and create knowledge articles to enhance team understanding and collaborate with L3 for effective issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in DevOps Engineering.
- Familiarity with updating and creating knowledge articles.
- Strong collaboration skills, including liaison with Level 3 support.
- Adherence to government standards for DevOps work.
