We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to work with a Local Authority to assist in the implementation of their new Arcus CRM. The primary responsibility will be to contribute to the development of forms that will streamline and enhance the delivery of services.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project team to understand business requirements related to service offerings

• Customize and configure the Arcus CRM platform to align with specific service needs

• Ensure smooth integration of forms and functionalities within the existing systems

• Conduct testing and debugging to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of the developed forms

• Provide technical support and documentation as required

Requirements:

• Solid commercial experience configuring Arcus CRM solutions  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
