We are looking for a Business Analyst who is highly experienced with the ServiceNow product including implementation of continuous improvement iterations, deal with the development and design of features and applications. 

You'll work within the overall Software Development Lifecycle Process as part of a delivery team supporting delivering iterative benefits. You will design and develop solutions to meet requirements according to departmental policy to improve the capability, usability and stability of the ServiceNow platform. 

Your Skills:

• Highly experienced in business analytics

• Planning Skills - Agile Sprints, milestone planning

• Risk Management: Issues and Dependencies.

• Stakeholder Management, Communication, presentation and facilitation, able to run key Agile Ceremonies such as stand-up retrospectives.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Service Now and or delivery of Digital integration requirements

• Agile Team development Skills
