Business Change Manager

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Business Change Manger to support the Business Change Lead with leading on business change, communications and engagement activities including building roadmap, across multiple technical delivery workstreams.

Your role:
  • Deliver business change, communications and engagement activities/artefacts for technical delivery workstreams from inception through to completion
  • Create a business change, communications and engagement strategy covering technical delivery workstreams, BAU and change initiatives following HO best practice
  • Deliver business change activities/artefacts for BAU activities and continual improvement initiatives
  • Produce/deliver a range of communications to support the rollout of new products/service across a range of workstreams
  • Produce guidance (written and video format) to support rollout of new products/services

Your skills:
  • Thorough understanding of Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ideally has worked in a communications role before), with the ability to translate technical jargon into easily digestible information.
  • Experience and knowledge of designing, leading and delivering business change, communications and engagement and implementation activities for a medium to large scale project, including understanding and influencing business perspectives on how the project will be delivered, impacts on staff and planning around key business cycles
  • Can work independently in a complex and ambiguous environment, being able to flex depending on business priorities.
  • Resilient under pressure, versatile in responding to changing circumstances and tight timetables and confident handling and responding to the needs of senior colleagues.
  • Experience delivering training and adoption sessions would be beneficial.
