The Cyber Manager deals with security matters in relation to information Systems used. This is a specialist role requiring the Cyber Manager to make considered assessments about risks involved and business benefits achievable, and take action accordingly. The role will also be responsible for reporting on internet based threats, engaging with the business to develop an efficient and safe cyber culture.

As a member of the Security Unit, the post-holder will assist with the implementation and maintenance of personnel security, physical security and information security standards, including Information Assurance reporting and compliance monitoring and assisting the Security Officer with integrity and leak investigations.
