Transition Manager

Job Description

Transition manager with experience of owning mobilisation and demobilisation of FM contracts required for a large Central Government department. 

Acting as a link between the leadership team and the wider department team, you'll be proactively identifying and getting to the heart of challenging issues. 

  • Complete trackers with Regional Transition teams

  • Communications Strategy - Working with Stakeholders, create a communications strategy in relation to the Transition Plan

  • Offer Corporate support to the Business Manager and Business Integration Manager

  • Providing leadership to, and being responsible for the management of the Deputy Director’s office team, ensuring they have the support, knowledge, resilience and skills to maintain the effective operation of the office.

  • Coordinate and respond to strategic and operational matters on behalf of the Deputy Director.

  • Deciphering urgency and ensuring that relevant actions are identified and progressed at an appropriate pace.

  • Maintain relationships between staff, and Deputy Director, regarding culture, employee wellbeing, updates, proposals and planning.

  • Customer service focussed, working responsively to ensure that our clients and customers priorities are met

Your experience:

  • Experience of Leadership skills

  • Owning mobilisation and demobilisation of contracts

  • Proven track record of making a strong personal impact, demonstrating effectiveness and credibility to operate at a senior level.
