User Researcher required for a new digital service. Responsibilities will include:

• Speak to stakeholders to see what they want from the service

• Identify key user needs, collate and present findings

• Be the voice of the user when feeding back requirements from them/ good insight/ suggestion for the service

• Ensuring the service meets the real needs of users, identify gaps.

• Share evidence to support prioritisation of user needs/work

• Collect and process evidence

• Work closely with UX and BA

You have a strong research background, with experience in the full range of User research and design methods and the ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations and be ready to quickly get to work in an agile multidisciplinary team of Developers, Designers, and Analysts
